For the safety of our customers and their babies, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been used. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with tags attached. Furniture, breast pumps, gift wrapping, delivery and assembly charges, and special orders are non-refundable. If the product has been discontinued from sale in our store, we can no longer accept the return after 90 days of purchase. If the product is used, but is defective, we will accept returns within 90 days. Defective products beyond 90 days of purchase, but within the product warranty time frame can be resolved with the manufacturer.
We have a lifetime return policy for clothing and shoes as long as they have not been used/laundered and are still sold in our store during the time of the return. If the product is returned to us within 90 days of purchase, a full refund will be given. Beyond 90 days, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the current sale price of the item.

Who needs a receipt? If we get your phone number at checkout, your purchases will always be in our system, and you'll never need a receipt. We will never call our customers or sell their information. The phone number becomes your account number, and is only used as a means to keep track of your purchase in the absence of a receipt. Without an account number, returns must accompany a receipt to receive a refund, otherwise a store credit will be issued for the lowest sale price within the last 90 days.
